  • Care Instructions for your 

    Wooden Cutting Board 

     

    • Wash your cutting board thoroughly before first use. 

    • Wash the cutting board immediately after each use. 

    • Never submerge a cutting board under water or put it in the dishwasher. 

    • Hand wash only.

    • When washing, wet all sides and use mild unscented dish detergent

    • When drying, wipe away excess water and finish by air drying standing vertically.

    • Apply food grade mineral oil and beeswax every 2 weeks or when wood is dry.

    • If your cutting board develops deep cuts or surface stains, lightly sand the wood and apply food grade mineral oil and wax.

    • With proper care your handcrafted wooden cutting board will last generations. 

     

    Note: The first time you wash your handcrafted cutting board you may notice pigmentation left on your dish towel. This pigmentation is from the fine sawdust that gets embedded in the grain of the wood when cutting and sanding the product. Washing your cutting board to remove these particles is highly recommended before using your product.

    What qualifies as a defective prodcuts?

    A product defect is any characteristic of a product which hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured. 

     

    Note: Warping of a cutting board does not qualify for a defect. Warping should not occur if the cutting board is washed, dried and cared for properly. Please see (Care Instructions) for proper maintenance. 

     

    All Other Returns: 

    100% moneyback 60 days after the date of purchase. Product must be unused and in its original packaging.  Shipping is at the customers expense. Please email us to request a refund.
